I went to the branch to make a deposit and they told me that through the cashier I told him that I was unaware of the process and he told me that there was a person to support me and nothing. There were also several people waiting for total support that no one had and it makes me very annoying and Rude of them to still be the account holder and make you wait. I better recommend that you go to Banamex, better service in everything.
I went to request a personal loan, they told me that they would give me a response in a while, it was 3 o'clock, we returned and he said that until Monday, he commented that we could call him at the time that was necessary to know the process, he arrived on Monday and he NEVER EVER answered , but no one in that branch nor the director, what bad service, so why give a contact, why give a “service”, and we were even more surprised that the director did not answer a single call.
I went to make a deposit to a specific account and the teller made it for the wrong account, I lost $1,900 because she sent me flying saying it wasn't her fault. I'm still in the process of getting my money back.
The employees at that branch are useless and good for nothing, I have been twice and they cannot do something as simple as sending my account statement to my email, since for some strange reason it stopped arriving at my house. They ask for your INE, fingerprint and signature, they ask you to install their application and spend your data (at no time are they kind enough to offer you the bank's Wi-Fi), all so that in the end their terrible application fails and they can no longer solve it for you NOTHING. So what are the staff there for?
Very good for the cashier, the area is large and therefore the waiting times are short. What can be quite an ordeal is the waiting time for services at the bank because the flow of people is almost always large, but the service is good, friendly and decisive.
